McDonald's collaborated with Fisher-Price for the FIRST time in 1994 to release Under-3 toys; this first series were round boy, girl, and dog figures with a two-color ball inside with four facial expressions that changed as the ball was rolled. More roller ball figures were issued in subsequent years, (with later year stamps) . There is also a RARE blue dog roller ball WITHOUT paint on the heart. The toys, though made for under-3 children, appeal to everyone including Fisher-Price and McDonald's collectors. The toys were given out only when requested, and because of the large variety, they add to collector's thrill of the hunt. USED loose with play wear.
